Hi Year 2 – this will be the final week of work before we break up for the Summer. What a strange summer term it has been?

I still have lots of wonderful memories of you all; our fantastic trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, our amazing Christmas production of The Bossy King, Africa Day and the jumping dance and the Science day and trying to sink the cargo ship!

What has been your favourite memory of year 2? It may be an activity you did in the shared area, a PE activity with Mr Clark or it could have been a special game you shared with a friend.

Write 5 sentences about your favourite memory of year 2. Tell me what memory it is, why you liked it, who you did it with and how it made you feel. I would love to read them.

Maths and English

As before you can either follow the Maths and English activities in the pack or follow the Bitesize plan below or do a bit of both!!

Spelling shed – I have just add a few games that will be on all summer so you can carry on practising if you wish.

TT Rockstars is consolidation of all the timestables we have learnt – 2,3,5,10. Again I will leave these on over the summer.

Summer project

Click on links below to find 20 screen free activities for KS1 and KS2. How many of them can you and your family do over the Summer holidays? Can you think of some of your own?

Will they let you do them all? Fingers crossed!
