James Temple

To support his mum James cycled the Solar system in York which is spread out accross 13.4 miles on the Old East Coast  Main-Line railway. He discovered the annual charity bike ride run by the local Brain Tumour Charity, BTRS ( Brain Tumour Research and Support Accross Yorkshire). James was too young to participate in the BTRS charity ride so he came up with cycling the solar system instead. We are very proud of him as I am sure his Mum and all his family are. Well Done James.

Year 5 Trip

Yesterday Year 5 went on a trip to Fairburn Ings, Wakefield. This was to kickstart our new Science topic of ‘Living Things and their Habitats’. They were able to discover lots of new creatures and habitats in the meadows and woodlands, before going for a spot of pond dipping to find wildlife in the water. The children were wonderfully behaved and enjoyed the day thouroughly.  Miss Bajwa.
